A New, Easier Menu

We have been redesigning our menus for years to try to make our poke and concept more digestible. It seems no matter how many graphic changes we made.. people were confused and frankly, we weren’t applying the feedback we were getting from our customers!

You see, we make poke in a more traditional style. Fish is the primary ingredient mixed with specifically designed recipes and add-ins engineered to be complimentary. Because of this recipe-first approach, we always positioned the recipes at the TOP of the menu.. which we finally admit, was VERY confusing for new customers.

We think this iteration FINALLY addresses the way our customers WANT to order their poke! Note. The structure starts off the ordering experience with your choice of protein and size (amount of scoops).. the you choose your base, recipe and add-ins. Then of course your accompanying salad and sides are available.

We HAVE made some other changes as well.

  1. We have retired the Thai Pad Tofu and brought back T’s TOFU (in response to feedback :)

  2. We no longer have nuts on the menu. This was an expensive unpopular item that was hard to stock. As an extension of this, we’ve replaced the Mac nuts in the Asian Kale Salad with Roasted/Salted Peanuts! We found this isn’t only an operational positive, but a flavor enhancer as well!

  3. The Yowza Yuzu is now made with the OG base vs using Ponzu. We found the Ponzu + Yuzu Kasha presented TOO MUCH YUZU.. it was too citrusy. So now we use Shoyu instead of ponzu and couldn’t be happier with this change.

  4. Yuzu Kosho is available as a premium add-in. Nobody else offers this admin and is HIGHLY recommended.

  5. Wasabi and Traditional Spicy Poke are no longer on the primary menu as they are essentially, the OG + wasabi or Spicy Tuna Poke Aioli.. they are still exactly the same build.. just in a different area on the menu

  6. The Price of poke with 2 scoops of salmon + a base has DROPPED a dollar :)

  7. 50/50 Ahi/Salmon is a primary protein choice AND is also Cheaper!

  8. See for yourself here :)
